1xLP weighs about 230 grams on average.

2xLP (double albums) weigh 460 grams on average and count as 2x.

Orders will be sent as soon as possible, typically within 1-3 business days after completion.

We ship from Copenhagen, Denmark, every Monday and Thursday.

Full responsibility/ownership transfers to the buyer once shipping is made. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items due to shipping handling. In rare cases of issues, we will do our best to help you recover the package or money.

Most budget shipping options for packages under 2kg are uninsured, meaning no claim can be made for lost or damaged packages.

Local pickup is available Mondays 15:00-16:00 and Thursdays 15:00-16:00.

Buyers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the package is received.

If the package seal is broken, the right of withdrawal is waived, though we may still offer refunds for order issues.

Shipping expenses for returns are paid by the buyer unless otherwise arranged.

The buyer is responsible for securely packing returned items. Ownership transfers back to us once the package is received in the same condition as sent.

Please do not open a PayPal case as we will resolve issues through our support. Any PayPal case opened will incur a 15 EUR solution fee.
