Notes:

Released in a UK Ric label cover with Sonet cat# stickers titled "The Last Live Recording Of Billie Holiday" and a Sonet heavyweight vinyl (225 grams) made in Scandinavia titled "A Rare Live Recording Of Billie Holiday".

Some copies were released without stickers baring the Island logo and ILP 929 catalogue number on the front as well as on the back, however vinyl and labels are as per this release.
