Issued on Verve black and silver "T" labels with no registration mark, "Long Playing Microgroove" rimtext, similar to [r2199198, which has a larger deep groove pressing ring.

On labels, "Volume I" is toward the center of the labels at 9 o'clock, not toward the bottom as on other releases. "(Under the personal supervision of Norman Granz)" immediately under track list.
