Back sleeve and spine (but not the labels) have the Catalog# of the mono version (ECM-R 2026) printed on them, too. A small round hole in the back sleeve with the blue color from the inner sleeve showing through it identifies this as the Stereo version. If the color had been red, this would have been the Mono version. Stereo is printed on the labels, too.
