Released in a front laminated flipback cover.
First Cat.# on cover (sticker), 2nd on cover spine, 3rd on labels. (Stickered mono covers were used for the stereo versions.)

Originals have sky blue labels with black at the top; repressings have black to the left side.
The vinyl is black; the translucent effect against strong light only happened later with the repressings.
