Very thin-ish reissue pressing. 
Gatefold cover with a printed 2 sided insert (NOT a sleeve) in the front pocket. 
Disk housed in a plain white paper sleeve in the rear pocket. 

There is a small 10 inside a box after the Cat # (see detail pic) it only appears on the back cover.
Very much like [r5598440, but with the Copyright Control mark placed center in box on labels, and slightly different matrix/runout.
