Notes:

Labels are identical to those on [r4351970 (elaborated on below), but the jacket is not the 'flipback' type (there are no flaps inside the gatefold). There is nothing printed on this jacket in the areas where the flaps are glued down on [r4351970.

"Unipak" jacket with the opening for the disc inside the gatefold. Front and back of jacket are laminated. Neither panel of the gatefold is laminated, save for a small section that wraps around the outer seam of the right panel from the back. Spine is "pinched" at the top and at the bottom.

Label is black with two white/black EMI logos and silver print. Perimeter print features “EMI Records Ltd…” at the start; "Unauthorized public performance" at the top of the label; and “Made In GT. Britain” at the end.

"Hey, Hey, Hey, Hey" is listed on the Side A label.

This pressing is from July 1978, as indicated by the "7/78" printed on the inner sleeve.
