Label variant, very similar to [r7319494 but has the "33 1/3" centered over "Mfd. in U.K." rather than left justified, and the publishing credit on Side 2 is Ono Music Ltd. NCB, rather than Apple Publishing NCB.

Jacket is laminated on both sides.
