Boxed Decca labels. ZAL 7517 stands upside down. Printed in England by MacNeill Press, London, S.E.1. Decca Stereo inner poly sleeve printed 6-72 ( June 1972) Contrary to what it says on the cover (“recorded LIVE at the Royal Albert Hall, London”), not all songs were recorded live and none at the Albert Hall. The live tracks are reported to have been recorded at City Hall, Newcastle (October 1, 1966) and Colston Hall, Bristol (October 7). To bring the recording to LP length, studio recordings with overdubbed live audience were added, “I’ve Been Loving You Too Long” and “Fortune Teller”, from 1965 and 1963 respectively.
