Matte gatefold sleeve - with the credits mentioning ''Management / Jim Simpson, Big Bear, Birmingham''
This was  withdrawn almost immidiately after it was issued, due to contractual disputes between the band and Big Bear.
2nd UK issue was immidiately released without management credits inside gatefold sleeve. This is the only difference between 1st and 2nd UK issue. 2nd UK issue here: [r4075761
