    Notes:

    "Elverhøj" (The Elf Hill). A romantic singspiel in Five Acts by J. L. Heiberg, composed by Fr. Kuhlau. Written in 1828 with the use of Old Danish Folk Tunes as a festival performance in glorification of the wedding of the later King Frederik VII.
