Embossed cover, top loading, printed on thick, textured card. Exactly the same sleeve as standard stereo version, with same cat. no. bottom left: "7E-1039". The added "Quadradisc" sticker, which usually is folded under the sleeve from front left to rear right, is the only way to identify a sleeve containing a quadraphonic disc.

Inner sleeve with black & white photos and information.

Label is the version with the prison door amongst Clouds.
