The above label does not have the Registered Trademark Ⓡ after the word Verve at the top of the label.  Nor does not mention MGM Records.  It is an earlier label circa 1956-1960.

The cover credit is ambiguous.  This copy gives credit to Bill Claxton and Chuck Steward.  The above referenced copy gives Cover Photo credit to Burt Goldblatt.  Both front covers seem to be identical, but the credits on the back cover are different.  

Since the above referenced label is earlier than the one on this release, I left the Burt Goldblatt reference but also added the references found on this back cover.

The Registered Trademark Ⓡ and MGM Records label is circa 1960-1966.
