Came with picture inner sleeve and a 24x16 inch poster. The version on the norwegian market did not have the yellow hype sticker and also the poster was the right way around. It also included a information leaflet from Kiss Army Norway, together with a postal bill of 50 Norwegian kroner (about $5) you had to pay to become a member.
The poster and Kiss Army stuff is limited to 1000 ex. The one released in Sweden (mirrored with Paul's makeup on the wrong eye) is limited to 3000 ex.
