Notes:

Released in semi-glossy sleeve with generic white inner sleeve.

Similar to [r3496547 which has the same runout markings but has: 
- a thicker font on the 'Nils Lofgren' lettering on the top of the sleeve front
- a black colored A&M logo on the lower right corner of the sleeve front
- a white circled B and gray circled 54 on the sleeve back upper right
- white lettering on sleeve back.

Runout markings are etched, except:
- both sides: the stamped encircled 'MR' (Monarch Record Mfg. Co.) 
- side A: stamped 'AMLH 19-64573-1A-1'
- side B: stamped 'AMLH 19-645X73-2B-1' (the 'X' is a stamp over a '3', underneath is a hand etched '5' (see images).

The etched 'W' on both sides is a 'W' with twirl – which has not yet been identified and can be found on other A&M releases (see images).

On labels: 'MADE IN HOLLAND'.

On sleeve back: 'Printed in Holland'.
