Printed text on center labels 'SIDE 1'/'SIDE 2' and corresponding Tracklists were corrected to match this while the 'HS' matrix text was not corrected to match the Runouts and the 'X4RS' RCA matrix text was removed.

Track audio indeed matches Side/Tracklist on labels.

Released in original stock 1969 die-cut cover with original Tracklist printed on backside. Interior lined in protective plastic as an inner sleeve alternative.
