Gatefold sleeve. Made in England. Green Label with unboxed DECCA logo, silver text. Right societies: BIEM, NCB, Gema. Later 70's release have blue/grey label.

Back cover shows the ''indicator hole'' to let the inner sleeve peep through: blue=stereo, red =mono. This kind of sleeve has appeared in late 1968. First press doesn't have indicator hole but have printed asteriks to show which tracks are mono/stereo. (see release of "satanic majesties request", it is the same kinds of sleeve in 1967 and 1969)
